The lastest update will screw up most of the functionality. DO NOT UPDATE! The worst part is the support...no reply what so ever!

If you have multiple people at one location, only one of them shows up on the map in the app. The website handles it fine, lets you swipe to see everyone at that location. Other than that app is a big improvement over trying to use the batchgeo maps on a browser on your phone. From what I can tell, the person who creates the map has to have the hundred dollar per month subscription, but once created the maps can be viewed on the app without the subscription.

App is basically useless. Cant create maps. Serves no real function. PLEASE add map functionality. It would be amazing.

Ok the configure setting does not seem to have a save function for email input so you can retrieve your saved maps

Far too expensive, should only be a buck or two. No real extra features... Cons: No full screen option, no route planner, GPS switches over to your phones app, so you loose all data, cant highlight locations to visit or already visited and location opens in another screen and not on map. Pros: You can access all your maps from one screen. Very disappointed!

This is NOT worth the money. It does not load all my maps. Unfortunately, it is the ones I wanted to access most. I should have just continued using the map url in safari...much cheaper option. Wish there was a search feature too.

I am a sales manager and want to share maps with my team. But - they all need to use my email to do so. That also gives them access to ALL my maps. Need a feature here where somewhere they can paste a link that Ive created, like they can in a web browser. Also would be great to be able to edit the contact info on the pins. What if a contact needs updating? Do I have to recode the whole map? Thanks for making a pretty cool app otherwise!

Give us the ability to edit waypoints, and import export kml files or ability to create routes by shortest distance or fastest time.

Really happy with this app as a broker. No need for expensive or cumbersome gps apps. It maps everything out for me, and it finds all emails to you from batchgeo automatically and maps it all out. Great app if you know your area and only need a reference point when stopped at red lights or can pull over. Would be nice if it could also view other sites to visit next in maps without backing out and starting over which is not a real big deal.

Saved me lots of time and looks great on iPad

I live the map online, but this isnt as good. The mobile web app is better than this iPhone app, and the web app is free. Im a traveling sales person so i wanted to use this to route my day... With least amount of driving. This app is not good for this. Was also hoping I could access the database I used to make the app when not needing the map... Nope. Need to be online. Use their free web app.

The app does not list multiple contacts at the same addresses ... Major issue for me .. The rest works real smooth tho

Update: 8/3/12 Been using BatchGeo and found a glaring annoyance...when current GPS location icon is clicked app does not automatically zoom. Default zoom is of the entire United States hence users have to double click multiple times to zoom in to an effective range. Not only annoying but also can be a hazard/distraction while driving. Taking off one star. Been using batchgeo for over a year and I love it! Now this app...wow! Map is crisp and fast to load as opposed to opening from a browser. One feature sorely missing is external GPS app support such as MotionX because google maps does not have voice prompts on the ipad. Please implement and I will gladly rate five stars!

My $9.99 appears to have been wasted. There are no features on this app that are not available via the free Safari app. In addition I am only able to view maps created for one email address. I have made BatchGeo maps using three different email addresses and can view all of the in Safari using Bookmarks. However there are no bookmarks in the mobile app and I can only view maps associated with one email address at a time.

Complete trash trying to create a map on your phone. Cant believe I spent $10!! Wasted!!!

The app crashes while loading your map. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesnt. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled several times trying to correct. I have the latest IOS and the ipad mini.

This app is a great alternative to using the web based maps. I love how fast the maps are and how easy it is to filter my data. People need to realize this is a native viewer for the website, not a replacement. Make your maps online, view, query and do driving directions with this native app. Its a great option to have.

Based on what I needed this for (quickly accessing maps Id made online with thousands of location points), I couldnt ask for much more. It is very fast and convenient to browse my maps. Much better than using their mobile web platform. I just wish you could view search results on the map!

Not what I thought it was. I have canceled and removed from my iPad Ill tried to send message to refund my money. No luck I was asked question after question. Could never get to a Human. Thank You Howard Nielsen. Next time Ill be more careful before buying a App. Steve Jobs set this up in favor of Apple, not the end user.

I love Batch Geo, but the app has at least these problems. No way to email support, only a page with an FB/G+/Tw/etc. login required. Yuck. I want to like this $9.99 app, but support isnt good, and app is not polished.
