Difficult to access maps

I am a sales manager and want to share maps with my team. But - they all need to use my email to do so. That also gives them access to ALL my maps. Need a feature here where somewhere they can paste a link that Ive created, like they can in a web browser. Also would be great to be able to edit the contact info on the pins. What if a contact needs updating? Do I have to recode the whole map? Thanks for making a pretty cool app otherwise!
